Job Summary

 
Under direct supervision, the Recruiting Center Coordinator provides a wide variety of administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the Worldwide Recruiting and Staffing Services.
 
Principal Accountabilities
  • Performs administrative duties such as typing, mailing, filing, faxing and distributing correspondence.
  • Assists answer routine applicant questions regarding recruiting policies, procedures, or practices.
  • Inputs data  and updates records in the designated Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Helps instruct applicants in the appropriate applications process and handles various forms and records with strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinates various pre-deployment screenings for applicants.
  • Ensures that all necessary pre-employment screening requirements have been completed and recorded prior to actual hire.
  • Processes paperwork for new hires, sends new employment packets and creates offer letters. 
  • Maintains and distributes applicant information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications.
  • Compiles and summarizes responses to questionnaires, surveys, reports or other information from assigned department.
  • Maintain office inventory and order office supplies.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office Suite Software (i.e., Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems, i.e. PeopleSoft, Taleo preferred.
  • Ability to operate office machines (ex: fax machine, copier, etc.).
  • Ability to professionally engage on approved social media platforms.

Experience & Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Typically 2-4 years of related experience.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment
  • Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions
