Job Summary
The Program Control Analyst Principal is responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.
Principal Accountabilities
(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.)
  • Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract or project, task(s)
  • Responsible for project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration.
  • Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
  • May oversee facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements.
  • Optimizes operating results in terms of cost, methods, and personnel, and implements quality assurance program directives.
  • Assists in defining and implementation of program schedules for all employee activities, including travel, benefits etc.
  • Coordinates with the COR/ACOR on contract requirements and concerns as needed.
  • Trains and directs employee work activities.
  • Signs timecards, prepares performance reviews, handles discipline problems, and has input to hiring and firing. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Understanding of contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) efforts.
  • Skilled briefer to acclimate new hires in program and corporate requirements.
  • Able to perform all duties to ensure timely, courteous and quality support to customer and other affiliates. 
  • Fluent in the English language.

Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related technical field or business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six (6) years of related technical project support or management experience.
  • Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment
  • Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
  • Works in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
  • Extended hours of computer use.
  • May be required to travel CONUS and OCONUS
