Position Description
The
Site Supervisor Senior will be the single interface for the entire Customer for maintenance, supply, and logistics efforts in support of the program contract.
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage day-to-day program support including maintenance and logistic support (supply, training, facilities, support equipment, etc.).
- Coordinate and manage the technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of the program to ensure timely availability of program deliverables to meet specified operational requirements.
- Ensure Contractor Maintenance Services contract performance efficiency.
- Provide expertise and advice to the Customer and his staff on system, technical, and logistics matters and the effective use of CMS efforts.
- Provide assistance, technical expertise, and training to customer officers, enlisted personnel, and civilians in the support of program.
- Coordinate the program in accordance with Customer Contract and DynCorp Policy and Procedures
- Support OJT and cross training of customer personnel according to the contract and request

- Proven expertise in aviation system maintenance/logistic support.
- Ability to coordinate material, information, and/or people in a systematic way to optimize efficiency and minimize duplication of effort.
- Knowledge of Safety standards and general experience in dealing with environmental issues.
- Must have at least 10 years of aviation management experience
- Must have a Final Secret clearance
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering; Five (5) year’s experience in related field can be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college.
- Extensive experience in Aviation Maintenance Program Management and a minimum of 12 years work experience in the fields of aviation systems, organizational or intermediate maintenance activity support management and supply with a minimum of 2 years supporting aircraft.
- Self-directed team player with a minimum of 5 years experience leading aircraft maintenance quality organizations with demonstrated results.
- A minimum of 7 years as a Maintenance Officer responsible for system maintenance/logistic support.
- A minimum of 6 years experience supervising aviation system logistic support requirements.
- Experience in aviation system program support to include a minimum of 3 years experience in supporting Foreign Military Sales aircraft, airborne weapons, or support equipment.
- Eight to ten years experience in related field (e.g., EHS & Quality).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in military planning and aviation operations.
